The first step in being good at anything is taking the time to be new and awkward. Our community helps you practice moving yourself and with other people in a safe learning environment while you grow your skills. The confidence you’ll gain here translates to other social spaces.

Balance & Coordination

Every step is low impact on your joints, but high impact in the bigger picture of training your body to balance and move in creative and increasingly (over time) intricate ways.

Posture & Connection

Bodies are designed to move; they get happier when you give them the opportunity! Dancing moves your spine in healthy, gentle, fun ways and better connects you with your own ability to move. Tapping into movement through dance also allows you to find friends in the community or a build a deeper connection with your partner.
